Below are some technical tips on how to use our site
to maximize your visit. You will find search tips, free
software downloads and other tips. If you have any additional
questions or comments please feel free to contact

Search Tips
Use several words when searching. Even though the number
of results will be large, the most relevant content
will always appear at the top of the result pages.
When searching, think of a word as a combination of
letters and numbers. The search engine needs to know
how to separate words and numbers to find exactly what
you want on the Internet. You can separate words using
white space and tabs.
All searches are case insensitive and accent insensitive.
Printing
Any page, including the pop-up windows can be printed
using keyboard shortcuts. On a PC, select Control P
to print the active window. On a Mac, select Apple P
to print the active window. If the entire width of the
page is not printing out, you may need to check the
settings on your computer to optimize your printing
capability.
